Andy Bjork’s character, professional skills and senior leadership are supported by his multi-faceted career. He is foremost a top leader of people and organizations. He clearly defines vision and strategy, with an incredible aptitude to convert strategic thinking into execution.

Industry. Mr. Bjork has his family roots in the Gift, Fashion and Home industry. For over 20 years, he has owned and led two successful sales and marketing companies in the Northeast – BrassSmith House and Blue Birch. In 2010, he merged these operations with Ivystone Group LLC where he serves as Chief Strategy Officer and Vice President of Business Development. Mr. Bjork is a founder of the national trade association (GHTA) and continues to serve in an ‘emeritus’ status. He is truly a transformational leader in an industry known for its creativity and entrepreneurial spirit.

Military. Mr. Bjork served as an officer in the United States Navy, combining both active duty and reserve service for over 30 years. In his early years he served onboard destroyer USS O’Bannon (DD987) and then distinguished himself as an award-winning instructor at the Surface Warfare School in Newport, RI. Promoted to Captain, he was National Director of US Fleet Forces Naval Cooperation and Guidance for Shipping program, the Navy’s interface with domestic and international merchant marines. In his final command, Captain Bjork was the senior reserve officer at NATO Supreme Allied Command Transformation in Norfolk, VA. He continues to have tremendous influence on many professional careers and programs in his dedication to world and national security.

Tom Angelo has a proven sales and marketing professional with expertise in both in-house and outside sales-force management, key account sales, forecasting, budgeting, new product development, market research, and trade show management. Following a career start at Pepsi-Cola, he held both senior retail and wholesale positions at Crabtree & Evelyn, Ltd. He served as Director of Business Development at both Alene Candles and Crabtree & Evelyn, Ltd. Since 2010, Mr. Angelo transferred his business and sales leadership skills to the medical technology field, managing the Securos division of MWI Veterinary Supply with responsibilities for planning, organizing and executing all activities in the company’s US and overseas offices, plus 11 international distributors.
